Galletto & Guzman Dance LLC (“GGTango,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates ggtango.com and offers tango classes and events in Connecticut. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you submit a form (including a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, or a form on our website), we collect the information you provide, typically your first name and email address. If you contact us directly, we collect whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit ggtango.com, we and our providers may collect standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) through cookies and similar technologies to help the site function and to measure and improve our marketing.

We use your information to: send you the offer you requested (such as a free class pass or coupon); contact you about classes, schedules, events, and related updates; send our email newsletter, which you can unsubscribe from at any time; and measure and improve our advertising and website.

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run this program, and only as needed:
Meta Platforms (Facebook / Instagram) – when you submit a lead form through a Meta ad, Meta processes that submission and provides it to us. Your use of Facebook and Instagram is also governed by Meta’s own privacy policy.
HubSpot – the customer relationship management (CRM) tool where your contact record is stored and managed.
Beehiiv – the platform we use to send our email newsletter.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
4. Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send. You can access or delete your information by emailing us at galletto.guzman@gmail.com; we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our classes and communications, or until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe.
6. Children’s privacy
Our marketing is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective date” above.
